Mystery, Babylon The Great: America's Churches Have Been Corrupted

We love our small town American churches....

There was a time, when all of the mixed messages coming out of America's pulpits: truly frustrated, wholly confounded and largely confused me... for, like many Americans, the most obvious answer of all entirely escaped me: "America's Churches Have Been Corrupted!" At this point, you might be thinking: "How can I [honestly] say that?" Nor, do I honestly blame you... for, that was my own defensive response, when this thought first came into my own individual mind. But, let us closely examine the facts....

It's amazingly easy for any spiritually minded Judeo-Christian Believer - who even casually studies the scriptures - to spot the numerous lies being perpetrated from America's ever-present churches. This is because the holy scriptures themselves are: singularly repetitive, alarmingly consistent, and wholly clear - upon a whole host of valuable character building subjects. We're not talking prophecy here... but rather, merely everyday and commonplace subjects. Things such as:

• Idol Worship: Money, Material Objects, Graven Images, Ancestor Worship, Spiritualism, Speaking With The Dead, and Sorcery.
• God's Name: Its Importance, Relevance, and Significance To Us As Believers.
• His Sabbath Day: The Importance Of: Family, Fellowship, And Rest - To Yahweh And His Spiritual Children.
• Basic Morality: Honesty, Honor, Integrity, Respect, and Purity Among The Flock. 
• Love: The Common And Practical Application, Physical Action Toward Others, Self Control, Individual Restraint, and Human Denial.

These subjects aren't Rocket Science, folks and people who have expended years in Theological Seminaries - all across our country - can't even seem to provide the correct answers, to what relatively uneducated people living in the 15th Century knew by simplistically reading the scriptures. It's the same Bible, folks.... What's going on? These people should be giving us entirely new depths of insight and understanding, beyond anything from that time until now... and they can't even properly explain, as much!

Inside my head: alarms began ringing, warning buzzers were sounding, and bells were clanging and sounding off.... What is truly going on here? People still worshipping human beings - such as: Mary, The Pope, or Roman Catholic Saints... in an age of rapidly exploding knowledge, of every kind? People still adhering to Sunday Worship [an entirely Catholic Tradition] in Protestant Reformatory Churches - when "The True Sabbath" has been clearly revealed and known for centuries? Where is their desire to be obedient to His Sacred Scriptures, now? What happened to: "Sola Scriptura?"

The problem is that, as Judeo-Christian Believers, we cannot fathom the concept that a worldwide conspiracy exists... much less, that it has taken over our own local and small town churches! Perhaps, some of the oldsters in the Church General Conferences have [just] grown a little senile... and we can merely verbally rebuke them, while waiting for it all to work out? We certainly can't just give up, Right? Wrong! The Scriptures themselves have warned us that this day would inevitably and invariably come. Consider this timely passage:

• "After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, 'Babylon The Great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a habitation of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.' And I heard another voice from heaven saying, 'Come out of her, My people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities.'" - Revelation 18:1-4.

 

Which church wears Purple and Scarlet? Hmmm....

If you're thinking that "Babylon The Great" doesn't refer to a Judeo-Christian Church, and/or a collection of churches, then stop and consider this fact. Yahweh's voice from heaven, stated clearly: "Come out of her, My People, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues." If this doesn't refer to a church, then what are Yahweh's People [even] doing there? And if it doesn't [also] refer to more than one church, then why is Babylon The Great called: "The Mother Of Harlots" - in Revelation 17:5? 

Let's be honest, for a moment, "The Mother Of Harlots" implies that this particular church has children churches - which are just as: Evil, Debased, and Corrupt - as herself. Thus, the question of: "Who is Babylon The Great" must be followed by the next question: "Who are Her True Spiritual Daughters?" Who came out, or was born, from the physical body of the Roman Catholic Church? The Protestant Churches, perhaps...? It certainly bears some significant introspection, now doesn't it?
